Timeri N Murari began his career as a reporter on a Canadian newspaper before moving to London to write for The Guardian for 25 years. He has written 15 novels, five non-fiction books, a young adult trilogy, two childrens’ novels, stage plays and screenplays. Time magazine included his film, Daayra (The Square Circle), in its top 10 films of the year and he later directed it in Leicester Haymarket Theatre as a stage play, starring Parminder Nagra and Rahul Bose. A UK/India coproduction starts shooting the film adaptation of his novel, The Arrangements of Love, April 2024.
