The Curious Case f Mysterious Disappearances

Did Jesus die on the cross? Did Chaitanya really merge with the idol of Lord Jagannath?
Jesus Christ and Sri Chaitanya are separated by 1500 years. They are also separated by country, language,
clothes, beliefs, customs, and culture. What they had in common was an inspired message of social and
spiritual revolution that would fundamentally change society. But their ultimate fate remains shrouded
in mystery—truly a curious case. Both Jesus and Chaitanya were courageous, charismatic and
relentless. They fought against tyranny and privilege by standing firmly on the side of the afflicted,
the weak and the impoverished. A lot has been written about their disappearance based on hearsay and
rumours, but the truth has continued to elude us. Is the truth being concealed behind a veil of chimerical
narratives, readily accepted by those seeking easy answers?

This meticulously researched volume looks at Jesus and Chaitanya’s final
moments to seek answers to difficult questions that have long haunted us.
