Huseyin Sonmezay was born in Bulgaria. He attended vocational high school with a concentration in graphic design and graduated from the Painting Department of the Fine Arts Faculty of Sudan University. He has worked with local as well as international agencies and publishers while also offering training in digital painting. Huseyin has illustrated more than 30 wonderful picture books and magazines. One of his dreams for the future is to open a small restaurant serving home-cooked meals on Mars for astronauts who have lost their way.
