Anuradha Ghosh
Anuradha Ghosh holds the position of Associate Professor in English at Dinabandhu Andrews College in Kolkata. Her academic and professional journey includes working as a journalist with publications like Business Standard and Ananda Bazar Patrika after graduating from Presidency College. In 1996, she assumed her current position as an educator. Anuradha Ghosh has contributed to various publications, including: Kothay Kothay Jai (1993), a collaborative volume of Bengali poems. Bonbungalowr Nijer Jibon (2010), a collection of Bengali poems. Myths, Skyborne (2012), which features her English translations of Tariq Sujat's poetry. Memory Unfolds (2009), a monograph exploring the work of artist Samindranath Majumdar. The Great Journey of Shapes: Collages of Nandalal Bose (2015), a collaborative volume offering a close analysis of the collages created by the renowned artist Nandalal Bose. Her latest book, Hemendranath Mazumdar (2016). Besides her literary contributions, Anuradha Ghosh has a significant presence in the realms of art, aesthetics, and cultural studies. She has also played a pivotal role in shaping the English syllabus for government and semi-government schools across West Bengal while serving as the Convenor of English at The Expert Committee on School Education, West Bengal.
