O.P. Mishra is an active-duty officer in the Indian Police Service, belonging to the AGMUT cadre. He is the author of the book 'Policing Delhi: Urbanization, Crime, and Law Enforcement,' which provides valuable insights into the sociology of crime in a metropolitan city. In addition to his service in India, he has worked as an International Civil Officer in the United Nations Mission in Kosovo. O.P. Mishra has received the President's Police Medal for Meritorious Services.
